Politics isn't the only thing. I'm trying to end categorizing students as successful or failure stories. Yes schools do discriminate to keep the powerful in power and the weak weaker. The opportunity for equal education that is being preached is a fucking lie. School systems are playing duck, duck goose with children's futures. I stop it by being a better and more radical teacher, who allow class discussions and allow students to question materials and the subjects. More student centered ed.

Wheresthegood 1): No kidding. That's the point. It's not working -- and people need to understand that it's not working. Google the lawsuit titled "We the People v. The U.S. Government". The Judiciary (the U.S. Court of Appeals in D.C.) has refused to recognize the unalienable Right of the People to petition the Government for redress of grievances as of May 2007. A reversal is currently being sought.

Wheresthegood 2): The way it stands now, you can collect 300,000,000 signatures (all the people in the U.S.) on a petition and submit it to either or all the Judiciary, Executive, or Legislative branches and they have no obligation to even read it or respond to it. In other words, they can simply trash it upon receipt. That's what the lawsuit is all about: compelling our Government to answer rightful petitions regarding Constitutional wrongs.

Wheresthegood 3): The Right to Petition is the "Capstone Right" in the Bill of Rights. It's the "accountability clause" of the great Rights contained in the Bill of Rights. It serves the purpose of enforcing the People's Rights when all other non-violent avenues have failed. It's the Right of the minority to call the Government on any Constitutional wrongs detected by the People. That's the reason it's so important. And the Judiciary apparently is seeking to currently nullify it permanently.
