I prefer this to any other(including the Galli-Curci version)because Tetrazzini's singing is the most sophisticatedly improvisational and agogical singing I've ever heard and is a much better contrast to Enrico's voice than Amelita's,who produces tone like Enrico .

I love the ornamentation and the sweetness in Caruso's voice. Sounds like they're all singing into a tin trash can but a great historical recording.

What competition for the horn must have taken place in these old recordings of ensemble numbers! I like it anyway, but prefer the Caruso and Galli-Curci quartet, not so much because Caruso sounds any better than here but for Galli-Curci's singing. Same for the Lucia sextet.
