Description: I'm 24 years old and live in Manhattan. I am a recreation therapist at CNR(Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation), I train and coach clients one on one for lifestyle fitness and competitions(Team Seedman!) and also teach a children's martial arts class downtown on Broadway. I am an all around athlete with medals in running(5K 10K Half Marathon(13.1M)), biking(Centuries and 150M) and martial arts (Boxing, Kickboxing, Wrestling, Grappling and Kung Fu). Also proficent in swimming, surfing, kayaking, rock climbing, strength, conditioning, acrobatics, flexibility, visualization and meditation. Plus music and art. My trainer, coach and mentor is Taimak. My friends and family mean the world to me. Thank you to my father and brother for all your support and for capturing the majority of this video.
