Description: After being inspired by another home made head on youtube, i decided to make my own remote camera head. Seen here is the basic frame with the pan and tilt bearings, with temporary camera platform (soon to be replaced with a 3mm thick aluminium plate) and a temporary ballence weight (the spanner). This will eventualy be moved using two 810:1 geared motors with a 1:1 toothed timing belt drive system. Should be pretty good when its done... |

Im using it today to film a live performance at a theatre, and it did a music video shoot last week.... The controllers are detailed on the other videos... __________________________________________________

hoarp001 ::: Favorites 2007-09-24 11:30:52 Hi, About 15 quid for the materials + 30 to get the welding done. Then about another 20 for the bearings. __________________________________________________
