Im sure that most Russians were not satisfied with the re allocation which was unnecessary. I firmly disagree with that representitive of the Estonian Government, since the monument did not lead to "provocation". The decision to remove the monument lead to an outcry by many people. I voted against the decision on an online Bronze Solder site, to show my support against the reallocation. The link you gave shows a site which is still under construction.
