Sorry, but there are scooters that can go faster than that and I'm sure any regular old crown vic cop car can top that. Also, if you've ever seen a police chase on live news (unlikely) you'd know they can keep going 130+ for a LOOOOOONG time. Besides, no matter if you can outrun their cars....you can't outrun a radio.
